Splurge vs Steal: Outdoor String lights

24 Apr

Old school filament bulb outdoor lights are simply stunning. When strung together they make an ordinary garden look magical.

These ones from Restoration Hardware are gorgeous and they have 24 lights on a string but at $150 a pop (currently on sale)  it wouldnt be cheap to create a multi sting effect.

As an alternative, these ones are not a ton cheaper at $100 a string but at least you know they are industrial grade and have a 54ft cable!

Or for a final super cheap option enter our favorite, Target. I love these outdoor mini lamps from Smith & Hawken for target for that vintage barn style.

There’s only 10 on each string so you would need quite a few to create a multi string effect but they are certainly cheap enough that you could do it and not go broke in the process!
